Hopefully the wet weather is behind us for now and we can look forward to a sunny Sunday!
If you’re visiting us we’ll have strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants and onions for PYO. We’ll also be opening up the blueberry cages at 9am until they are picked out. We’ll also have ready picked cherries available in the farm shop. Raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants freeze well so this is an excellent time to stock up your freezers. Don’t forget that you need a separate container for each fruit you wish to pick so either take enough of our baskets to the fields with you or bring enough of your own containers. If you are bringing your own remember to have them weighed at the counter prior to picking.
We’ll be lighting the BBQ from noon to 3pm and selling locally sourced burgers and sausages with chips (vegan option available). If you don’t fancy the BBQ our Tea Barn will be open from 9am to 4.30pm serving breakfast, lunches, refreshments and the best cake for miles! Our beer tent will also be open selling Pimms and local wine, beer and cider.
Our play area, nature & brass rubbing trail and farm shop will all be open as usual. Well behaved dogs welcome. For more information don’t forget to check out the FAQ page.
We hope to see you soon!
