A great day out for all the family

Cammas Hall Farm is a family owned and run business in beautiful countryside on the Hertfordshire/Essex border, in easy reach of London, which provides a great day out for all the family.

As well as a wide selection of ‘pick your own’ fruit and vegetables (June to October only)  we also have a tea barn, farm shop, maize maze (August to October), nature trail and children’s play area.

We pride ourselves in providing really good quality, locally and sustainably sourced products at a very reasonable price. Our customers come back time and again for fresh produce, great food and refreshments or just to spend some quality time with the family without breaking the bank.

We grow strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, blueberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, sweetcorn, pumpkins and onions for PYO. We also grow cherries and sunflowers which are available ready picked. All of our produce is seasonal so please check for availability by visiting our  PYO  page before visiting.

Visit our Tea Barn for breakfasts, paninis, salads, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, cream teas, ice creams and a selection of Grandma Pam’s delicious homemade cakes. There’s also a wide selection of hot and cold drinks. During the summer months we’ll also be firing up our BBQ and pizza oven on set dates which will be announced on the website.

Farm Shop

Our farm shop stocks a wide range of locally sourced food including fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs, meats and cheeses, bread from our local artisan bakery, meringues, chutneys, wines, beers and of course, our own jam and honey. We also sell a range of gifts, toys,  plants, cut flowers, bird feeders, firewood and much more!

Play Area

Our play area is free to use for our customers. We have a giant sandpit with beach toys, a slide with play tunnels, swings and two tyre mountains. Under 5’s even have there own fenced area and there’s plenty of outside seating (some with shade) for the grown ups to keep watch while enjoying a cuppa. Our Quadberry track is also open giving you the opportunity to drive an electric quad for only £1 (weekends only).

Nature Trail

Why not take a walk around the farm on our Nature Trail?  Choose a short stroll (1km) or a longer trek (3km). The walk takes you  through farmland, Cammas Wood and alongside our fruit fields.  Perfect for walking the dog or wearing the kids out!  Maps are available in the barn.  We’ve also located ten brass rubbings along the trail and packs containing booklets and crayons are available to purchase in our Farm Shop.

You’ll be given a game card with a puzzle to solve for each maze with a reward at the end of you find the answer! Along your way you’ll come across straw bale and tyre mountains to climb and space hoppers to ride. Don’t get lost!
