1. Important information and who we are
Cammas Hall Fruit Farm Ltd (company number 09351302, registered in England and Wales) ("we", "us" or "our") is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
We are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice explains how we collect and process your personal data through your use of our website. This includes any information you provide when you; purchase a product, purchase a ticket or voucher for an onsite activity, make a booking, sign up to our newsletter or loyalty scheme, contact us, or take part in a prize draw or competition.
Our website and services are not intended for children. By providing us with your data, you confirm that you are over 13 years of age.

5. Marketing
We will only send you marketing communications if you have opted in, or, where permitted by law, if you have bought similar goods or services from us and have not opted out. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. We will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing.

7. Disclosures of your personal data
We may share your personal data with:

Access is limited to employees, contractors and third parties who have a business need to know. We have procedures for dealing with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and the ICO where we are legally required to.
10. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it for, including legal, tax, accounting and reporting requirements. For example, we may keep transaction records for six years for tax purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Our website may include links to third-party websites. Clicking those links may allow third parties to collect data about you. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements.

We keep this notice under regular review. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
