ACCESSIBILITY

Wheelchair access

Wheelchair access is possible in many areas including the strawberry fields, the Tea Barn, the Farm Shop and the outdoor seating and play area. Please note that there is uneven ground and that adverse weather will affect accessibility.

You will need to bring your own wheelchair as the farm does not provide any for loan. We do have disabled parking spaces near the entrance to the barn and disabled toilet facilities. If you require any assistance, please contact a member of staff on arrival and they will be happy to help.

Essential Companion

At Cammas Hall Farm, we are committed to making our venue welcoming and accessible for all visitors and we are introducing a new Essential Companion ticket which will replace our existing Complimentary Carer ticket.

We are proud to partner with Nimbus Disability and to be part of the Nimbus Disability Access Card scheme — a nationally recognised system that helps disabled visitors communicate their access requirements clearly and discreetly when visiting attractions across the UK.

Please note that you can choose to apply for a FREE Digital Access Pass for use at Cammas Hall Farm only or the full Access Card (£15) which can be used at thousands of venues across the UK including Alton Towers, West End theatres, the O2 and Merlin Entertainments. For more information about venues included in the scheme please click here

If you already have an Access Card with the +1 symbol you do not need to apply again. You can go ahead and book your tickets online. See below for booking instructions.

Visitors who hold a valid Nimbus Digital Access Pass or Access Card with a +1 symbol are entitled to receive one complimentary Essential Companion ticket for a visit to selected events at Cammas Hall, including our Easter Trail, PYO, Maize Maze and Halloween/Pumpkin Patch Event.

The +1 symbol indicates that the cardholder requires the support of another person in order to access and enjoy the venue safely and comfortably.

Please note:

  • Complimentary tickets are available only to visitors with a +1 symbol

  • A maximum of one Essential Companion ticket is permitted per Digital Access Pass / Access Card per event included in the Essential Companion scheme.

  • No additional concessions or discounts are included under this scheme

Access Card FAQs

What is the Nimbus Disability Access Card?

The Nimbus Disability Access Card is a nationally recognised way for disabled visitors to communicate their access needs when visiting venues.

Access requirements are assessed once by Nimbus and reflected through symbols shown on your Digital Access Pass or Access Card, removing the need to provide documentation at each attraction.

What does the +1 symbol mean?

The +1 symbol indicates that the cardholder requires the support of an Essential Companion.

At Cammas Hall Farm, this entitles the cardholder to one complimentary Essential Companion ticket per visit.

How do I claim the complimentary Essential Companion ticket?

During online booking:

  • Select your standard admission tickets

  • You will see the option of an Essential Companion ticket which is locked. You can then click to unlock and enter your Access Card or Digital Access Pass details.

Once validated, the complimentary ticket will be applied.

Do I need to bring proof on the day?

Please bring your Access Card or Digital Access Pass details with you for our team to validate on the day.

Does the scheme include any other discounts?

No. The only benefit offered at Cammas Hall Farm under the Nimbus scheme is one complimentary Essential Companion ticket for visitors with a +1 symbol.

How long is a Digital Access Pass or Access Card valid for?

Both the free Digital Access Pass and the full paid Access Card are valid for three years from approval.
